YOUR SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT SHOW IN YOUR SHOPPING CART TOTAL. Most items show on item page what your shipping costs will be.What you see is what you will be charged. On multiple items we package together to save on shipping costs for you. If you feel uncomfortable not knowing, please add in the comment section that you would like to be notified of shipping charges before your credit card is charged. This is not a problem. We just want your order to be completed as smoothly as possible. We did not get a Five Star Rating for nothing. We worked very hard to get there and maintain the status. So please, complete your order all the way thru the process.

WE SHIP VIA
All Priority Mail orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Orders that total $15.00 and up require Insurance. This is to protect you our customer, as well as Painted Arrow Gifts.
You have the option of refusing Insurance, however we are not responsible for loss or theft once package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome International orders,
however we cannot guarantee how long it will take to get to you. Sometimes Customs can hold an order up depending on what Country you live in. We normally ship Global Priority. Minimum Shipping $9.00 1/2lb . $15.00 1lb . $20.00 1 1/2lb . $24.00 2 lb. "SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH POSTAL INCREASES"

"Global Priority" is not available in all Countries..

Other alternative to ship regular ground service which may take 2-6 weeks, sometimes longer.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders will be shipped
together to save on shipping.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS MOST POPULAR METHOD OF SHIPPING.

Shipping first class mail is only used for Angel Pins, Bumper Stickers & Decals

RETURN POLICY

Custom Order Items are not returnable.

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

To make the return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

We must received the within 10 days of the purchase date.

Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will issue refund credit, less any Shipping & Handling fees.
